We offer a 30-day return period, meaning you have up to 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To qualify, your item must:

  • Be in the original condition you received it

  • Be unworn and unused, with all original tags attached

  • Come in its original packaging

  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase

If your request is approved, we’ll provide:

  • A prepaid return shipping label

  • Clear instructions for how and where to send your item

Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us right away.
We’ll assess the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.


Exchanges

Need a different item?
The quickest way is to return the original item and, once it’s accepted, place a new order for the one you want.


Refund Policy

After your return arrives and is inspected, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take some time to process and post the refund
